Breakage and damage guarantee: In the event of breakage, uncleanliness in the unit or if the regulations are not respected, the deposit of security, partial or complete, may be withheld without notice. If everything is compliant, the security deposit will be released within 7 to 10 days depending on your banking institution, after checking the unit by the maintenance department.
Important: Please notify us if you have changed your credit card before taking the balance.
The building can only be used for vacation purposes.
The tenant cannot assign his rights under the rental contract or sublet the building.
If on the day of departure, the tenant does not leave at the mentioned time (provided for in the contract), additional costs may be incurred.
Sanitary paper, cleaning products provided for the start of the stay and personal hygiene products not provided.
