If everything is compliant, the security deposit will be released within 7 to 10 days depending on your banking institution, after checking the unit by the maintenance department.

The building can only be used for vacation purposes.

The tenant cannot assign his rights under the rental contract or sublet the building.

If on the day of departure, the tenant does not leave at the mentioned time (provided for in the contract), additional costs may be incurred.
